This decadent no-bake Turtle Pie has a crunchy Oreo crust that is filled with a rich and creamy caramel filling then drizzled with both caramel and chocolate sauce and sprinkled with chopped pecans. This pie is perfect for the warm months because you never have to turn your oven on!
I love baking, but during the summer it is always a struggle to get me to turn my oven on. It makes the house hot quick, but not with this pie! This no-bake pie is a chilled break from warm desserts, and a delicious one at that. There will be no need to pick up an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins or a pie from Edwards or Walmart! My Frozen Lemonade Pie is another delicious chilled dessert.

Ingredients
Ingredient Notes
- Oreos will be crushed up finely to make the crust. I also use Oreos in my Oreo and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
- The cream cheese needs to be at room temperature to ensure it whips up nice and smooth. You can get more of that cream cheesey goodness in my Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Scones.
- I prefer to use semi sweet chocolate, but you can use whatever kind your prefer!
See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.
Substitutions and Variations
- Use Golden Oreos in place of the normal ones to make the pie less rich. I also use Golden Oreos in my Strawberry Crunch Cookies.
- Leave off the pecans or replace with another nut of your choice if you aren't a fan of pecans.
- You can use store-bought caramel in place of making your own caramel sauce.
- Use different types of chocolate, such as white or milk chocolate to change to flavor of the pie.
- Make this pie in muffin tins instead of one large pie to make Mini Turtle Pies. If you like mini desserts you should try my Mini Creme Brûlée Cheesecakes.

STEP 2: When the sugar is ready slowly add the heavy cream. Whisk constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the butter. Whisk until butter is melted and smooth. Let cool.

STEP 4: In a large bowl beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
STEP 4: In a separate medium bowl beat the cream cheese and cooled caramel sauce until fully combined and creamy.
STEP 5: Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream mixture and beat until fully combined and smooth. Pour the filling into the Oreo Crust and smooth out the top. Place the pie in the fridge and chill for at least 6 hours.
STEP 6: Combine the chocolate and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk until fully melted and smooth. Allow to cool completely.
STEP 6: Drizzle the chilled pie with the cooled chocolate and caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
