Smoothie Bowls

This Smoothie Bowl recipe makes the perfect light dessert or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk I use unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • collagen use serving size for whatever kind you like
  • ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
  • ½ teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • handful spinach or kale
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

Instructions

For Smoothie Bowl:

  • In a blender add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two separate bowls and top with favorite toppings.
