For Rice Krispies:
- 4 tablespoons (56 grams) unsalted butter
- ½ cup (135 grams) peanut butter
- 1 10 oz package marshmallows
- 6 cups (168 grams) Rice Krispies
For Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup (170 grams) chocolate chips
- ½ cup (113 grams) heavy cream
For Rice Krispies:
Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a large pot combine the butter, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Place over medium heat and stir until fully melted and combined.
Remove from heat and add the rice krispies and stir until fully coated with marshmallow mixture.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan and press down until even.
