Ingredients

For Rice Krispies:

  • 4 tablespoons (56 grams) unsalted butter
  • ½ cup (135 grams) peanut butter
  • 1 10 oz package marshmallows
  • 6 cups (168 grams) Rice Krispies

For Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup (170 grams) chocolate chips
  • ½ cup (113 grams) heavy cream

Instructions

For Rice Krispies:

  • Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • In a large pot combine the butter, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Place over medium heat and stir until fully melted and combined.
  • Remove from heat and add the rice krispies and stir until fully coated with marshmallow mixture.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared pan and press down until even.

For Chocolate Ganache:

  • In a small saucepan add the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Place over medium heat.
  • Stir until melted.
  • Pour over the rice krispie treats and let rest until chocolate is set.
