For Dutch Baby:
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup (60 grams) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon (12 grams) granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
For Dutch Baby:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F).
In a blender combine the eggs, flour, milk, and sugar. Blend until fully combined and smooth.
When the oven is fully preheated place the butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish and place in the oven until the butter has melted.
When the butter is fully melted add the batter to the skillet and place it back in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 300 degrees (F) and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
