S'more Stuffed Cookies

Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined and free of lumps.

Combine the sugar and wet ingredients.

Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients.

Fold the chocolate into the cookie dough.

Flatten 1 1/2-2 tablespoons of cookie dough, top with graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow.

Top with another 1 1/2-2 tablespoons of cookie dough. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
