Combine the ingredients for the strawberry cheesecake filling. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Combine the heated heavy cream and chocolate. Stir until melted. Allow to cool slightly and spread over the cheesecake. Chill until ready to serve.
